Whether it is a change of heart or a defective product, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for every customer.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Livid account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
